The career
Where does Wilco Kah come from?
He started his career after secondary school at EY in Utrecht and then spent almost fifteen years in the building services industry, as financial lead, consultant and change manager.
There he saw two things return again and again: annual accounts do not tell the whole story, and organisations do not use their data. Now he builds the three brands of NewData as co-founder.
He writes about recruitment and selection, data strategy, change management and financial steering. As long as he has not yet edited an article, Claude stands under it as co-author; after editing that lapses.
