NewData Search starts at € 650 per month excluding VAT (August 2026), spreading the cost rather than concentrating it on one invoice.

What does recruitment and selection cost?

At NewData, recruitment and selection starts at € 650 per month excluding VAT (August 2026). You pay per month rather than one large placement fee.

Where do the candidates come from?

From NewData’s own network: 10.000+ professionals as of 19 August 2026 (verified). That network is fed by NewData Network, with events and community, and by the students and starters gaining experience through NewData Student. Candidates are therefore often known before your vacancy exists.

How does StartZeker work?

The candidate is employed by you directly and the recruitment fee is paid spread out: € 650 per month for as long as the candidate works for you (excluding VAT, confirmed August 2026). You pay for at most 24 months, and if the candidate leaves earlier, invoicing stops immediately. This way a large part of the risk sits with NewData and you avoid a large upfront investment. This model fits if you want no large amount upfront and want to spread the risk.

How does one-off recruitment and selection work?

You pay € 12,500 as a one-off fee on successful placement (excluding VAT, confirmed August 2026). After that there are no further monthly costs from NewData attached to the candidate. If the candidate leaves within three months, we search once for a replacement at the same price. This model fits if you want to complete it in one go without monthly commitment.

How does recruitment and visibility work?

You pay € 6,000 per candidate, plus € 1,500 once upfront (excluding VAT, confirmed August 2026). Recruitment is combined with structural visibility of your organisation within our network and through our channels; that allows a considerably lower placement fee per candidate. If the candidate leaves within three months, we search once for a replacement at the same price. This model fits if you also want to be visible to data professionals.

How does the strategic recruitment partnership work?

NewData becomes your permanent external recruitment partner for € 6,000 per month (excluding VAT, confirmed August 2026): we search and select continuously and proactively forward interesting candidates, even without an open vacancy. You can hire an unlimited number of candidates introduced by us, without an additional placement fee per candidate. With a contract of twelve months or longer the price drops to € 5,000 per month. This model fits if you structurally hire several people.
