The programme
What happens in the two sessions?
Session 1: understand, co-create and choose. The AI foundation in plain language: settings, model choice, prompt quality, privacy and data use, and risks and responsible use. After that the group co-creates a concrete application live, and together you choose which of your own questions will be worked out in the second session.
Session 2: build and present. In small groups your team works independently on its own cases, with guidance at hand. Each group presents at the end: the question, what was built, what it delivers, the risks and the next step.
The common thread is understand, experience, choose, build, present and the next step. The tools covered are ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot and Lovable. The emphasis is not on theory but on directly usable applications, tied to recognisable processes within your own organisation.
