What can you expect from the cooperation?
You register once with your profile and availability through registering as an independent professional. When a fitting assignment comes along, you hear it directly, with the content and the conditions included.
The contracts run through Servorg Uitzendbureau B.V., Chamber of Commerce 27144722, member of the NBBU and SNA-registered (as of 12 August 2026). The client also knows the hiring is properly arranged.
Between assignments you stay connected to the events and community of NewData Network.
The conditions
Under which conditions does a freelance assignment run?
A freelance assignment at NewData runs for at most 28 hours per week (conditions of August 2026).
Servorg tests whether you are genuinely independent: do you decide how the work is done, and can you decide yourself. If an assignment does not pass that test, it is not offered as a freelance assignment but through secondment; the assignment does not lapse.
If the tax authority later rules there was false self-employment, Servorg recovers the additional assessment and the fines from the client. That is how it is written in the conditions, and it is said upfront rather than afterwards.

How do I find data assignments as a freelancer?+
Besides your own network, agencies are the shortest route: they sit at the table when the question arises. Through NewData you register once and are approached when an assignment comes along that matches your profile. Your data is only used for that; the registration page explains how.
Do I stay independent when I work through an agency?+
That depends on the actual working relationship, not on what an agency writes down. That is why Servorg tests upfront whether you are genuinely independent: do you decide yourself how the work is done, and can you decide yourself. Only then does the assignment run as a freelance assignment; otherwise it is offered through secondment.
