  • We represent your organisation in the market
With a contract of twelve months or longer the price drops to € 5,000 per month.

In depth

When do you recruit rather than hire?

Recruiting fits structural work where the knowledge must stay in-house. You employ someone directly; NewData Search does the searching, the selecting and the introducing.

Hiring fits temporary work, or situations where you first want to see whether someone fits. In that case DetaVast as the middle road applies: hire first, then take over cost-free.

If you doubt between the two, you do not have to choose upfront: switching between models is possible.

Frequently asked questions about recruitment

How long does it take to find a permanent data specialist?

Through NewData Search, recruitment and selection takes six to eight weeks, depending on the candidate’s notice period (as of August 2026). Within two working days you receive a first response to your vacancy. The candidates come from a network of 10.000+ professionals (verified, as of 19 August 2026).

Can I combine recruitment with hiring first?

Yes. If you want to see someone at work before offering a contract, DetaVast was made for that: hire first, take over cost-free from 1,200 hours worked (tracks of August 2026). If you start recruiting and hiring turns out to fit better, you switch without starting over.
