What is the difference between a data engineer and a data analyst?+
The data engineer makes sure the data is there reliably; the data analyst turns it into answers. Without an engineer the analyst rebuilds the same report every month; without an analyst the best-built pipeline stays unused. In smaller organisations one person often starts with both, until the work outgrows it.
