Register with NewData.

With one registration you take part: for assignments alongside your studies, a permanent job or assignments as an independent professional. NewData looks with you at what fits; what is open now is at the vacancies.

The form asks no more than needed: your name, your email address and what you are looking for. Attaching a CV is allowed but not required.

What happens with your data is written below at the form, in plain language. More background is at for professionals.

Fill in your name, so we know who is registering.
Fill in a valid email address, so we can reach you.

Your data is used to help you find an assignment or a job, and is kept as long as the mediation runs. More about that is in the privacy statement

After registering, NewData contacts you to get acquainted and discuss what you are looking for.

We keep your data until 24 months after the mediation ends, so we can approach you when something comes along that fits you. We only do that if you have given consent for it. If you no longer want that, you can have your data anonymised at any moment through the portal or by emailing info@newdata.nl. No reason needs to be given. The portal is at app.newdatasystem.nl.

Frequently asked questions about registering

What happens with my data when I register?

Your data is used to help you find an assignment or a job; no separate consent is needed for that, because you ask for it yourself (basis: article 6(1)(b) GDPR). It is kept as long as the mediation runs. Only if you tick the separate checkbox is your data kept for another 24 months afterwards, so NewData can approach you again later.

Do I have to give consent to stay in the file?

No. The checkbox is off by default and is not a condition: whoever leaves it unticked is helped just the same. The checkbox only governs whether your data is kept for 24 months after the mediation, so NewData can approach you for a next fitting assignment. Withdrawing is always possible, through the portal or by emailing info@newdata.nl.
