The rate of the tier you end up in applies to all your hours, not per tier.

Contracting ends at some point, and then the question is whether you can take the professional on. With DetaVast you agree that upfront rather than afterwards: you pick a number of hours, and once it is reached you take them on at no cost. No transfer fee and no buy-out.

Why 2,000 hours costs the same as plain contracting
That is not a miscalculation. Not every professional wants a permanent job, and not every company wants to take someone on. After a year every professional with us gets an hours-based contract, and from that point the business risk sits with us. If someone then moves on to the client, that is fine by us, and there is no reason for you to pay extra for it.
What happens if you want to switch, or if a candidate is not a good fit
All amounts are indicative. Scope, volume tiers and terms are agreed to fit your situation.
Why it says from
The professional's pay follows your own remuneration scheme. That is set out in law: whoever works at your organisation is paid according to your collective agreement or terms of employment. If you pay more than the company next door, the hourly rate is higher too.
That is why we quote a from-rate and not a price list. You get your rate within a day, based on your own terms.
Our hourly rates are not picked at random. They are based on a gross full-time monthly salary of € 3.000 to € 3.200. If the gross salary is higher (because your collective agreement prescribes it, for instance) you can reckon indicatively on two euros of rate increase per euro of salary increase.
What the hourly rate includes
The hourly rate is all-in. It covers:
- the professional's gross salary
- holiday pay and holiday days
- pension contribution
- employer's charges and social security contributions
- continued pay during illness
- insurance and liability
- guidance from New Data
- recruitment, selection and administration
Nothing is added on top: no placement fee and no start-up costs.
Would you like to employ them later?
You can, and it costs you nothing extra. With DetaVast you agree a number of hours upfront (from 1,200, roughly seven months full time) and once it is reached you take the professional on at no cost.
