Services · two half-days on site

Your team already uses AI. The question is whether it happens the way you would want.

Generative AI is in every team by now, whether it was set up that way or not. This training is not about what AI can do in theory, but about the work actually on your desk.

Who it is for

What we cover

Your own cases

We work with the work in front of you: your documents, your processes, your questions. Examples from somebody else's industry stay outside.

What is and is not allowed

Which data may go in, which may not, and how to record that without producing a policy nobody reads.

From idea to application

By the end something works. Not a presentation about possibilities, but an application somebody opens again the next day.

What you are left with

  • A team using AI in a way you can explain
  • Working applications on your own cases, not a proof of concept
  • Agreements on data and use, on paper
  • A view of where AI does and does not save you time

In practice

At the UWV, the Dutch employee insurance agency, we gave a shortened AI training free of charge, to support the work the UWV does.

What a half-day looks like

Each half-day combines three things: explanation, examples from your own work, and hands-on work with guidance. That last part is the largest. Anyone who only sat and listened will not be using it the week after.

Two half-days on sitefrom € 1,500

Valid up to ten participants. Above that we agree the programme beforehand: more participants means more trainers or a different set-up. If a trainer travels far, travel and sometimes hotel costs are added; those are at cost and stated on the quotation in advance. Group size and dates are agreed beforehand; we collect your cases before the first half-day.

Why it says from

Not because we leave the amount open, but because two things can be added to it. The rate applies up to ten participants; above that a second trainer is needed or the set-up changes, and we agree that in advance.

And if a trainer has to travel far, travel and sometimes hotel costs are added. We pass those on at cost and state them on the quotation in advance, so you do not meet them afterwards.
